Vernon, Sis. Audrey, Praise & Worship/Sunday School
Audrey Vernon was born, raised, and baptized at Eastern Star Missionary Baptist Church/Triumphant Life Christian Church. Her passion for singing has always been apart of her life. She was a member of the junior choir, young adult choir, and the W. L. Hall Memorial Chorale. She is still singing praises for God in the Triumphant Life Mass choir, and she is one of the Praise and Worship leaders on the Praise Team. She also sings with the Singers Musicians Choir under the leadership of Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole.
Sis. Audrey Vernon is very active at Triumphant Life, she serves as Asst. Sunday School Teacher for the youth class (ages 3-5), an intercessor, and she is the director of The Youth choir. She loves working with the youth because they keep her young at heart. Her parents are Jafogie and Estell Vernon. She has one sister, one brother, and two nieces. She is the proud Godmother of 4 children. She is thankful to be apart of The Triumphant Life Christian Church family, and to have Apostle Joseph and Pastor Brenda Hobbs as wonderful leaders, whom she loves very much.
One of Audrey’s favorite scripture is, Psalms 121: 1-2, " I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help, My help cometh from the Lord , which made heaven and earth."
