Gratitude for Your Generosity

Phil 1:3-4

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,

"In the old Anglo-Saxon, thankfulness means 'thinkfulness.' Thinking of all God's goodness draws forth gratitude." - Unknown

Beloved, I greet you this Lord's day with a heart overflowing with gratitude and thanksgiving for the generosity that you have so freely shown and shared with us. There are not words to express what we felt spiritually, socially, emotionally, and physically in the midst of such a love charged atmosphere. In the presence of God and his saints we experienced a love encounter with God through the Holy Spirit that will not soon be forgotten.

To each and everv member of 'TLCC' who gave of themselves in any capacity to make our special night more than memorable, we salute you with God's love for all of your efforts. Pastor Brenda and I would like to give special thanks to the ' Wedding Renewal Committee, who did so much to make this special day in our lives special to all who were present. We would be remiss without extending our heartfelt gratitude to Bro. Stacey and Sis. Terri Shaw and the crew that worked with them behind the scene to make our fellowship hall look and feel like the most elegant banquet hall in town. We dare not attempt to mention the many people who worked so hard to share with us in a special way on last Sunday, for we fear that we might unknowingly forget one of God's precious ones.

We would like to also express special thanks to both of our families who have supported us the past twenty-five years through the many seasons of our lives and relationship. You have proven your love for us in ways that many will never know or be able to appreciate. We thank God for you because each of you has proven that no matter what happens in our lives our families will be there for us.

To 'TLCC' I really sense that in my heart of hearts we are entering into a new season for the ministry as well as of our family life. It is our prayer for 'TLCC' that you will arise and walk into your season of favor, never looking back, but, always reaching forward.
